I stayed at this ADU for about 8 months and I had a wonderful stay. The unit itself is very clean and well equipped for a furnished unit. I had everything I needed for my stay. The area is quiet with a nice view of the mountains. It is located in a safe neighborhood, which was a big thing for me. David is very communicative and accommodating. Very pleasant family. Would definitely stay here again if I were to get another contract in the area
