Amazing landlord and wonderful place

I could not have asked for a better landlord or a better place to stay. Sara and Jessica are the best. Sara is the landlord and Jessica is her business manager. They are on top of everything and are the nicest people. Sara helped me when I was desperate for a place to live and she never stopped helping me. When I moved in she not only had a special treat for me, but for my 2 dogs. One time I asked if I could order some rechargeable lights for under the cabinets, not only did she order them for me but she put in brighter lights in the kitchen for me. When I say Sara is constantly thinking of her tenants, she is constantly thinking of her tenants. I wish I did t have to move, but I needed to get closer to my family. If you ever get the pleasure of having Sara as your landlord, you will never want to leave! I honestly cried when I had to leave because I knew I would never find anyone like her again!

Great place/landlord

Saras place was amazing! Had everything I needed and if not she made sure I got it. If ever back in St. Louis will definitely contact her to see if any of her properties are available first.

Great find in Saint Louis

The host is very friendly and communicates in a very timely manner with any questions or concerns! The house was perfectly clean upon arrival and close to all sorts of areas to explore! The fenced in yard was great for my pups. Enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood to a close by walking trail! Definitely never felt unsafe here. Alarm system gave an extra sense of security. Stayed here for 3 months and had zero complaints!
