I'm a traveling industrial electrician. I've rented many homes over the years & this well designed apartment is without a doubt one of the best places I've stayed . Nico & his wife are so kind helpful & they are always happy to help in any way to make your stay more comfortable. The apartment has everything you will need, all the amenities . I worked 6 days a week & I always had peace & quiet after work & on my day off . It's also very conveniently located near any stores you will need . If you need suggestions on restaurants or things to do, Nico is always happy to make some great suggestions Don't miss out . You will not be disappointed

I've been travel nursing for about 3 years and this has definitely been one of the best properties I've stayed at. VERY clean. All the things you need, from cookware, to laundry, to towels and linens. They thought of everything! The landlord is absolutely great. Super kind, easy to work with, organized, professional, quick to respond, etc. The location is also convenient. It's close to downtown and an easy commute to the University of Utah and Primary Children's Hospital (15-20 mins). I would absolutely recommend this property! If I'm ever on assignment in SLC again, this would my choice of where to stay!
