Across the bayou and directly across the balcony is the park-like setting of the grounds of a museum which has meticulous landscaping and multiple palm trees which are lit at night. The bayou is gorgeous and the view is Sarasota Bay. Gorgeous sunsets.

Located at The Strand. The condo is a double unit. 1916 sq ft. Located on Whitaker Bayou which is the access to Sarasota Bay. We often see manatees in the bayou. Dolphins also frequent the bayou. The condo has 2 balconies overlooking the bayou and the boat docks. 10 minute drive to the airport. Downtown is 1 mile away. Many parks fronting Sarasota Bay near the condo which are very walkable with daily park activities.
