Excellent accommodation from an excellent host

I stayed in Mike's DC studio for five months, and it exceeded my expectations. The photos and description accurately reflect the studio, which is modern, well-maintained and fully equipped. It's perfect for singles or couples at a price well below DC's average market rate. The building is quiet (including the studio), the neighborhood is safe, and grocery stores, restaurants, bars, gyms and the National Mall are all within walking distance. The studio is also located near several Metro lines. Mike was an outstanding host-always responsive, reliable, honest and genuinely caring. He made sure my move-in and transition went smoothly, and he was always available and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Having lived on three continents, I can confidently say this was one of my best rental experiences. The studio truly felt like home, and I'm grateful to have met Mike. I wholeheartedly recommend both his apartment and him as a host. Thank you for everything, Mike!
