Property ID: 549800_1
The house is 2800 sqft. There is a large backyard, full kitchen, TV room, exercise room with equipment, sunroom, and dining room. Every bedroom comes with its own heat/AC/dehumidifier unit. The whole first floor is a common space. The house and neighborhood are quiet and within walking distance of many amenities (within a mile). Outdoor cameras are in use for security. Street parking only. I will soon have a dog living here...
All rooms are fully furnished with a queen bed, desk and chair, dresser, nightstands, and blackout curtains. Each room has a heater/AC/dehumidifier unit.
Quiet, safe (down the street from SLPD station), walkable, family-populated, close to many amenities, public transportation, and freeway entrances.
Excellent Location ! Nice accommodations
Excellent location, safe, plenty of parking. Quiet, quaint, and comfortable! Joseph (landlord) is honest and accommodating. I enjoyed staying at this home. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing downtown access to BART station (walking distance from property). Close to many hospitals, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Highly recommend!
Nice, Quiet, & Respectful
I was here for 6 months. The house is spacious and quiet for most of the day. The house has heating in the colder months and AC in the hotter months. Although, it never got really hot considering this is the Bay Area. There was plenty of kitchen storage and refrigerator space. Parking was on the street, there were plenty of street parking and I felt my car was always safe. Jospeh was always approachable and communicated well and in a timely manner. The neighborhood is pleasant and I was able to safely walk/run around the neighborhood. In addition, the San Leandro PD was down the street. Zocalo Coffeehouse is a short 5 -10 min walk if you feel like getting out the house to do work. Plus Safeway and Costco were not too far as well. San Leandro Kaiser was only 10-15 min away from the house. Overall, I would recommend this place to my peers looking for a space to live while in the East Bay.
