Great find and place to rent

I would highly recommend anyone to rent from this property. Exactly like the ad, no hassle, great communication, and great location. If I’m ever in the area I’ll definitely reach out to rent here again. It was clean, had great privacy and in a safe neighborhood.

Safe, clean, quiet studio

I stayed at Karen's place for the last year while on travel contracts as a RN. This is actually the second time that I rented from her. In 2023-2024 I was working here in Albuquerque and stayed here too. Karen is a great landlord who was always quick to get back to me if I ever had a question. The studio is very clean and I felt safe while staying here. It has outside cameras that look over the driveway and entrances. Also knowing that her and several family members are either retired or still working as law enforcement made me feel safe at this location. It is very quiet here and I felt that my privacy was respected all the time. The apt is in a nice part of town close to shopping, restaurants and gyms. I worked at UNM and the commute was very easy, no traffic. It's also close to the Sandia mountains so there is outdoor recreation close by. If I ever work here or even visit Albuquerque again I would call her and hope that it is available again.

FABULOUS PLACE TO RENT

I stayed in this apartment for one month in 2025, and also stayed for 3 months in 2023 as will as another 6 months in 2022. Because the owners are so very nice and attentive and the apartment is so nice, clean and quiet I will always stay with them when I come to albuquerque. I never saw the owners unless I needed a repair or help with something. I especially like how I was allowed to park in their personal driveway where they had security cameras pointed at the vehicles. The entire family is in law enforcement so I always felt safe while living there. I am a travel nurse and worked at UNM hospital all the times I stayed with them. Their home is in the perfect location close to grocery stores, hospitals and everything you would ever need plus the home is located less than 1 mile from Osuna golf course so it is a nice safe neighborhood. I couldn't ask for better landlords! Each time I stayed I received 100% of my deposit back so that was nice also. They get an A+ from me.

Bad experience

My first interaction with the owner was pleasant, and the area is safe. However, she later entered my room without notice while I was working, accusing me of trashing the place, which was untrue. I have photos and videos of the day she complained about and the day I leave her place. After that, she harassed me dailyleaving notes on my door and car, sending insulting texts, and threatening to call police. On Christmas Day, she again entered without notice, this time with her dogs. She claimed her husband was a retired sheriff and threatened to track me to work, prompting me to alert police, Furnished Finder, and my hospital security. As a night shift nurse, I felt unsafe and unable to rest, fearing intrusion while sleeping. I left early due to ongoing harassment and cannot recommend this property

I stayed here for 3 months and this place was fantastic. It had everything I needed and the landlords were very nice and helpful. Karen made me feel very welcome in a new city and was very responsive if I needed anything. The proximity to work, grocery stores, restaurants, and parks was very convenient and made me stay that much better. I absolutely recommend this place!

Comfortable Stay

I stayed at this place for 12 weeks. The place is nice, comfortable, clean, and in a really good area. The landlords are great and always available when needed. They are also the sweetest people! I would recommend and would definitely stay again! I
