Lovely home, Helpful hosts

Communication was wonderful throughout the process of shopping, selecting, staying and moving out of this lovely apartment. Very comfortable space, good amenities, nice library, fantastic location & responsive hosts.

wonderful long term stay

I had a perfect stay in this condo! The area is very spacious, tall ceilings and open concept. The furniture is very clean and has plenty of seating. There were plenty of amenities such as cooking utensils, containers, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. The condo has a pool, hottub, and bar/ restaurant on the bottom floor. We loved entertaining and utilizing these areas. There is also a game room and quiet work area which provided endless entertainment. Anytime we had questions of concerns, Stephen was quick to help. Overall a great stay and great location.

COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT STAY CLOSE TO MEDICAL MILE

The condo is spacious and very comfortable. Everything you need is available. The owner is very attentive and easy to respond should you have any needs. The building offers great security and several amenities, including a pool, fitness center and restaurant. 5 minute drive to Butterworth hospital or an easy bicycle ride. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking convenience and comfort for their contract on the medical mile.

Beautiful condo near everything

This condo is amazingly spacious and comfortably furnished. Everything great about Grand Rapids is minutes away. The balcony overlooking the pool is peaceful to relax at. The amenities in the building are quite convenient. The condo owners are wonderful and so helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to work on medical mile.

Lovely stay at the Grand Rapids condo

I had a wonderful stay at the condo! It is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants and the hospital I was working at. The condo was spacious and clean. Check-in went smoothly, I even had assistance carrying my bags. The building was quiet, and I had no issues getting work done when needed. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They were available when needed. My roommate was lovely. She was friendly and nice to chat with. The restaurant downstairs and the pool were an added bonus. I would stay here again!
