Looking for one, non-smoking renter. The house has recently renovated kitchen and baths. This cozy house is the perfect place to grill in the backyard, make dinner, read a book on the couch, or watch tv. I have been enjoying spring & summer with the 5 fruit trees that I have in the backyard. A quick companion can be made out of my dog if you choose. She is a love and here 50% of the time (every 2 months).

Great time! Great place!
Bonnie was honestly the best landlord I could ask for. She made the entire process from move-in to move-out easy and enjoyable, and was a pleasure to live with!

I had a great stay at Bonnie's
The location was great for my stay. Bonnie was very accommodating and very nice. Parking was convenient. Easy access to 880 and 84. There is a Safeway and lots of restaurants close. The house is very cozy. Bonnie is a great conversationalist. She has a very lovable dog. I would definitely check availability if I come back to this area.
