Rare find!!! This place has everything you could ask for- fully furnished, all utilities included and in a safe quite area with friendly neighbors. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe in this home. You won't be able to find a better place to stay for the rental price elsewhere in CVILLE especially a 2bd w/a study included. I was lucky to find this place and only wish I could stay longer. The drive to UVA hospital garage is a 18-20 minute drive and a 16 minute drive to the shuttle parking to get to UVA in the mornings. Although this home is further out of town, it is fairly close to everything you may need. Target is 13 mins away, Trader Joes-18 mins away, KROGER-14 min drive, with many more shopping stores nearby within a 13-20 minute drive. IF you do find this place, don't hesitate to reach out to the owner! You've hit jackpot in terms of housing as a traveler. The owners are super friendly and make sure you are well accommodated. Also, the place is super cute :)

I was born at UVa hospital and raised on a farm in Albemarle County, just outside of Charlottesville. My family and I live in the downtown area of Charlottesville now, but the rental apartment I am listing with Furnished Finders is the separate, downstairs unit in the duplex that was our first home; we have cherished this property and have appreciated every good tenant we have secured for the property. My husband and I are active and involved in the maintenance and care of this property. We are the ones to mow (unless a tenant is dying to mow) and we oversee as many maintenance issues as we are able to.
