Great SoCo apartment

We love this apartment! The location is ideal, walking distance to South Congress, Butler running trail system, new HEB and Downtown. We almost never drive. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and stocked with plenty of dishes, towels etc. The landlord is communicative and the property manager immediately responds to requests. The home is older, with nice architectural details like wood floors and large windows. There is little insulation between apartments so you can hear foot (and paw) steps overhead. Neighbors are quiet friendly. We hope to stay here again.

Great Stay!

Stayed here for three months and I could've stayed for longer. The location is perfect. Right next to SoCo and a short drive to downtown. We walked the majority of the time to where we wanted to go. K was a great host and quickly replied to any questions I had. The place itself was very spacious and clean. The neighbors we friendly. It was nice to have our own parking off street. The entry way to the driveway is just steep so you'll need to be careful with something like a sedan or smaller. The internet was solid while working from home everyday. Water pressure was great too. All in all I would definitely stay here again

Excellent Stay!

This place is amazing! Weve been here for a month and never want to leave. Great features: - Incredible location with walkable lifestyle (we never drive) - Beautiful interior - Fully stocked with everything you need - Great wifi and workspaces This is our second stay with this host - I cant recommend her enough
