Just lovely!

Beautiful and carefully curated unit with everything I needed for a 3 mo stay. Vibrant and safe neighborhood. Parking was not an issue and the unit was quiet. Landlord Frank was responsive and available when needed.

Amazing place!

I stayed here for about a year and I absolutely loved it! Safety was a #1 priority to me and I had zero worries about my safety whatsoever. The place is updated, clean, and very well furnished. It had everything I need and I felt very comfortable staying here. I highly recommend, the Hill is an awesome place to experience!

Excellent Location & Accomodations

What a wonderful apartment! Beautiful and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Frank was a pleasure to work with and very responsive if/when needed. Fantastic and safe walking neighborhood with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and Italian bakeries/grocer. Such a fun stay for us as we house-hunted upon our return to the state. As a side note, we never had an issue with finding street parking right near the unit. Highly recommend!

Trustworthy and great communication

The apartment is newly remodeled and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with street parking. Frank, the owner, is a friendly man who allowed me to tour the place and offered flexible and fair rates. I didn't end up booking the place due to some scheduling conflicts. Frank was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. When I asked him about a gym, he emailed a recommendation. When I asked to rent the small airbnb space in the front of the building, he responded right away with dates and rates.

I had a wonderful stay at this unit. The neighborhood is quiet, clean , SAFE, and has a lot of wonderful restaurants and cafes within the neighborhood. I never had any trouble with parking, and the neighbors are friendly. The unit is very clean and contains everything you need for a nice comfy stay. The landowner is wonderful, very kind & responsive. If I had any issues, which were seldom, he was prompt in responding to my messages and resolving the issues immediately. My travel assignment was at Barnes Jewish Hospital, which is literally 7 mins away. Overall , I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again !
