I had a wonderful stay here! Tia is amazing and always available if I ever needed anything. Highly recommend her property. The beach and Fawcett hospital are only 20 minutes away. Very convenient!

Excellent stay

We give this property an excellent rating. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the amenities you will need to make your stay a great stay. The owner Tia makes sure you have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable. The fenced in back yard is a big plus as we have a large dog. The back patio is so relaxing - we really enjoyed sitting out there both day and evenings. We recommend this property to anyone that needs a place to call home. We loved the location - close to shopping and the beaches. We definitely will be back to rent again.

Cozy beach house

Our stay with T was short, but she is a hospitable and kind host. Her house is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the best beaches around. Her backyard is relaxing and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and learned so much about bee keeping, gardening and enjoying all that southwest Florida has to offer.

Fantastic

Tia is an exceptional hostess! She went way above and beyond with my stay. Anything I needed she had or found for me. My dogs loved it here, and we were all super comfortable and cared for! I would stay here and will again, and again! The are is right by the beach, and accessible to all major stores. The unit was extremely clean, and cool! Thank you so much Tia!
