lived here for about 21 months and overall had a good experience. Communication with the landlord was easy and respectful, and I appreciated that we respected each other's privacy. The neighborhood was quiet most of the time, which made it a comfortable place to live. One thing to keep in mind is that the HVAC system can be somewhat noisy during the winter and summer. However, I found the noise much less noticeable when sitting in the living room/sofa area, so it generally wasn't a major inconvenience for me. Overall, I appreciated the good communication, privacy, and quiet surroundings during my time here.
