False advertising

The room is off the filthy garage; not the kitchen and only means of egress is via electric garage door or bedroom window. Bedroom door unsealed and smell of exhaust permeates room. Door from garage to ante-room to kitchen broken off hinges. Washer is held together by ropes, and is often in disrepair. No smoke or CO2 detector in room or garage, no working jacuzzi, full size fridge in garage, 2 dogs and many chickens who are very sweet but urinate, defecate, vomit in the house when homeowner is out of town. Chicken and dog poo covers back and front yards. 3 boarding men live upstairs. Initially homeowner seems welcoming.

10/10 stay!

Great property & great host!!! Spacious private room w/ connected bathroom! Kitchen stocked w/ everything I needed. Car parking was great. Located close to nearby stores and restaurants/bars. Felt extremely safe, in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. J is a wonderful host, who made sure my stay was great, always helpful, and i greatly appreciate him! I would stay here again 100%, and definitely consider jim a friend! Thank you!!!
