Great Apartment in Quiet Neighborhood

This is a great lower level apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood. Host was very welcoming and had great communication throughout my stay. Loved the office space and full size washer & dryer. Kitchen is small, but adequate for cooking and fully stocked. The private fenced patio was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely basement studio in beautiful neighborhood

I had a wonderful stay at Laura and Dan's cozy studio! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished with everything I needed. The layout made great use of the space- it felt open and comfortable, not cramped at all. The bed was super comfy, the kitchenette was perfect for light meals, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. Neighborhood is also very safe and quiet. Laura was friendly, responsive, and respectable of my privacy. Highly recommend this place for any travelers, I enjoyed my time there the last 6 months!

Affordable one-bedroom with everything I needed.

Basement apartment with private entrance was everything I needed. Safe neighborhood. Full-size washer and dryer worked well. Fridge with adequate space. Fully stocked kitchenette. Nice shower in bathroom. Owner was very attentive, and addressed any issues immediately. Very friendly! I recommend this property for short-term stays. Affordable for Colorado Springs.
