Cozy Comfort
My stay here was approximately 6 months and I was working at Banner Gateway. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to grocery stores/restaurants, the hospital, etc. There is also a nature preserve and a few parks nearby. The owner is flexible and friendly. K was always kind to my dog and easy to have a conversation with. I was able to spend time anywhere in the house at my leisure. There are plenty of appliances if you like to cook or bake! If I work it this area again, I would definitely return. I highly recommended a stay here.

Excellent Stay A++++++
Owners of this property are gracious, kind, clean and attentive to renters needs. K lives in home with 2 cats and one sweetie pie dog. She is very kind and allows renter their freedom to come and go as needed. Home is clean and very big. Lots of room. K s quiet and home is in a safe area. There is a really nice shopping center just about 1-1.5 miles from house. AJ's, and at many restaurants. There is a fitness center 4 miles, Lifetime Fitness at Warner and Gilbert. There are two rooms available right now. Tons of kitchen items for cooking. I was there 3.5 months and totally had privacy. There is a room key but I never used it but one time when my room was a mess. Home is owner occupied with one person. God bless.

Peaceful, Safe, and Cozy
If you are looking for a peaceful, safe, and comfortable place to live, this is your spot! I lived with K for three months while I was attending nursing school in Phoenix. K's house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The room is spacious with a large closet, TV, bed, and a chair. There is plenty of storage space in the pantry and refrigerator for your food. The house is clean and has various spacious rooms. K has four pets, two cats and two dogs. Her animals are extremely friendly and love to be around you. If you love animals like I do, this is definitely the house for you! K is a friendly, loving, and caring roommate. She is always there if you need anything. She respects people's space and allows you to live your life comfortably and be yourself. K is someone I can always talk to. I really enjoyed living here and would recommend this house to anyone. If I was ever move back to Arizona I would rent from Karen again. Don't miss out on this opportunity!
