Amazing apartment

This is an incredible apartment, with all the amenities you need, with absolutely incredible landlords. I only intended to stay 6 months and ended up staying almost 2 years. The space is perfect for one person with lots of good storage space. Very comfortable bed, 2 mini splits so great AC in the summer, great sized bathroom, and the perfect kitchen, with everything you could possibly need. Never had an issue with parking, and awesome perk having the laundry in the garage below. Great location in historic kentwood. Can’t say enough great things about the apartment and the landlords. Highly recommend!

I love this Apartment!

I love this apartment! It's clean, bright, and has an open feeling. The wifi is great and the a/c split units keep the place perfectly cool. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances needed for cooking and a clever eat-in table great for four. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to numerous amenities on Central Ave, including one of my favorites, Pete's Bagels. It's a short easy commute to the beaches, and minutes (or arguably seconds) to the heart of downtown and the interstate. To top it off, there's free parking on the premises! I cannot say enough great things about this apartment and highly recommend.
