Quiet, safe place in downtown

Cute apartment, and I was surprised at how quiet it was! There are definitely dogs in this building, but once I was in my apartment I NEVER heard barking or other noise from neighbors. I worked at Colorado Children's and it was an easy 25-30 minute commute, this apartment is located close to everything you might want to do in Denver. I was here in winter and didn't realize that because the heat system is radiators, that meant it would be quite warm in the apartment all the time, even if our radiators were turned off. I am a hot natured person. The property owner, Laura, was very accommodating and brought a new AC unit to keep it comfortable on the occasional warmer winter days in Denver. Laura was an excellent landlord, easy to communicate with. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I'm back in Denver.
