The unit is the 1st floor of a 2 story house with a private entrance through the garage. Kitchen and Bathroom are newly remodeled. There's a small patio outside the kitchen with a couple of chairs and a table where you can enjoy your morning coffee or just enjoy the cool mountain air.
1 person lives upstairs (me:) and there's 1 tenant in a detached studio on the rear of the property.

Located in the very back of Palolo Valley where the air is a lot cooler and cleaner. The cool breeze blows down the valley and through the house. Right up the street is the Kawamoto Orchid Nursery and beautiful Kaau Crater Hike. Adjacent to the property is the Mu-Ryans-Sa Buddhist Temple. A 5 min drive will take you to Kaimuki where youll find award winning restaurants, gastropubs, and shopping centers.

Awesome Rental!!
This rental had everything you need for your stay and was very clean, quiet, and in a good location. Chris was a very helpful landlord and provided us with everything we needed and more! There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street and Chris made it very easy to check in and check out. Nothing bad to say about this rental!
