M and C were great landlords! Very responsive, accommodating, and organized! The house was quiet on a dead-end street right next to an extensive biking/walking trail system. Very easy walk to many restaurants, some less than 5 min! We rode our bikes all over from this location! There is also a very nice private outdoor area as well. I will definitely rent this home again if the opportunity presents itself!

My husband and I live next to the rental property with our children and a cat. We enjoy bicycling, gardening, music, and working on our home and the surrounding property, which is an old farm that we purchased in 2022. Our rental income supports the many projects on our to-do list. Our property is a hidden gem and we enjoy sharing it with others.
