Quaint Stay in Beautiful Garden

I highly recommend this ADU for a solo traveler or anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay. It gets plenty of natural light, and the garden view creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Sharon is a wonderful hostfriendly, responsive, and available if you need anything. The neighbors are welcoming, and parking is easy to find. Bonus points for proximity to Joaquin Miller Park, Redwood Regional, and Dimond Park.

Great solo stay!

Sharon was such a great host. Pros: -Neighborhood is quiet & peaceful away from all the craziness of what people thought about Oakland. Neighbors are great too! -Room itself had ample storage, closet space; good sinks, working AC unit, functional kitchen, with small fridge. -Laundry is away in main house with extra freezer space & extra space for bigger items -Parking was generally easy to find. -Great privacy Cons: -Space is not enough for full computer setup but there is a small functional space for minimal work on a laptop. Overall, I LOVED staying here as a solo individual & I felt like at home.
