The Perfect Place

We have enjoyed our stay here at Amsden Place! It's a quiet and quaint neighborhood that is close to everything. Bob + Rita were great neighbors/landlords. Any time we had any questions about the house or even touristy things, they were quick to respond. They greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house - we noticed that it was extremely clean and well kept. We were here over the summer (one of the most humid on record!) and the a/c worked great at cooling down the whole house. There was plenty of space for the 2 of us with extra room for when family came to visit. The location is ideal too. The neighborhood is easily and safely walkable. We had our own off street parking space, and public transportation is right around the corner. We would for sure stay here again if Jonathan gets another travel contract in the area!!

Great Place!

Very friendly owner, quiet street, 5 minute walk to the bus and the accommodations are roomy and very clean with up to date appliances. There is also a space for off street parking. Highly recommend!
