Great Space! Reasonable Price!

I have had a wonderful stay here with Tiller for the past year. It is very comfortable and quiet in this studio. The apartment is attached to the back of the main house and is about 250 square feet in size. There is off street parking that is shared but easy to get into. It may be a little tight is you have a large SUV. I drove a compact SUV and then a compact car and it was no problem to park. There is also a washer and dryer underneath the unit in the storage space. It is shared with the owner. A full size kitchen with a full size fridge and stove with oven. There is a Keurig as well for coffee at home. Not much kitchen storage but this unit is best for singles or a couple only. Compared to other studios in SF or Oakland, this unit is the best around!

cozy OAK spot

Cozy little OAK spot. Mr T was very helpful & hospitable. Kitchen very well stocked with all the appliances and spices you could need. Comfy bed too. Tight on space but the big patio backyard helps. It rained much of the time I was here, so I wasn't able to enjoy the lovely patio. Parking on the driveway was a plus too.

Southern Hospitality at best

I was the first guest for Mr.T from long term renting. I was quite surprised at the space. Everything is comfortable & luxurious. I am a female with a doggie & I felt secure. The suite is at the back of the property & your view daily is that backyard... I'm in love :). Mr.T himself made sure I had everything I needed & was always communicative. He loves conversation & ish talking so if you're down for a fun time and relaxed atmosphere then his place is it. We have built a really good relationship & he's someone I can depend on. The night I came in, I was exhausted & he was kind enough to wait up past his bedtime for me. To my surprise, he bought me a KFC 2 piece because God knows I was starving & practically everywhere was closed for food. He welcomed me & made sure I got settled in, he even assisted me in feeding and walking my doggie when I couldn't. She's his most famous hound lol. I will miss all the shared foods & laughs & fun time I had with this ole man. You'll like!
