Beautiful Home Away from Home
I needed a small place near Virginia Tech so that I could work remotely and help my daughter. This home was so much more than just a convenient "place". The furnishings are beautiful, comfortable and spotless. It is obvious that the landlords take great care of their home and I was privileged to enjoy and care for it. A beautiful sunny spacious home just 15 min from VT. New appliances and fully stocked kitchen. The bedroom was very large with a walk in closet and washer dryer in the bathroom. I loved sitting on the porch with coffee in the morning, watching the town wake up. Great ice cream stand right across the street. Very convenient to hiking and the river. Just overall a magical time for me and my daughter. The landlords are kind, flexible, very communicative and just lovely. I'm planning my next stay soon!
Amazing place!
Our family stayed at this beautiful historic home and loved every minute! Super convenient location in relation to Lewis Gale Hospital as well as all things downtown Christiansburg and Blacksburg! Will stay again!!!
Nice place & great location!
If you're looking for a clean, cozy, and local place to stay this is the one! This home is perfect for those commuting as it is close by to plenty of restaurants and stores. The landlords are also committed to giving their tenets a comfortable stay.
Amazing place
Really nice house in a great location.
Great experience!! Would recommend to anyone
We loved our stay! We have spent time in both the top and bottom unit apartments on several occasions. The house is beautiful with lots of historic charm retained as well as plenty of great details added through tasteful decorating and thoughtful renovations. We could not have been more comfortable. The house is also right around the corner from some great downtown Christiansburg restaurant/brewery options and also very close to Blacksburg for all things Virginia Tech. We definitely plan to stay again in the future!
