Incredible find!
This 2nd floor apartment was an incredible find! It was setup with all the essentials, plus extra space for storage, work, & play. Though it's a multi-family house, I had complete privacy with a separate entryway. The balcony/patio off the kitchen was a great space to just relax & unwind. I especially appreciated the convenience of having a washer/dryer/laundry room. Additionally, I never had to worry about running out of hot water...so awesome! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute drive to UHS Wilson hospital. It's a safe, walkable neighborhood. Ivan is an excellent host. If I find my way back to Binghamton, I will definitely try to stay here again.
