I had a great stay here! As a solo traveler, safety was my first priority and I honestly don't think I could have found a nicer neighborhood to stay in. It was only a couple miles to the hospital and there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room had everything I could need including linens, all I had to bring was my clothes. If I were to take another contract in this area, I would stay here again. Mrs. Bowen made me feel very comfortable!

Great Experience!

I had an amazing experience renting a room here! From the very beginning, the communication was clear, professional, and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained exactly as described. The space felt safe and peaceful, and in a safe location. The Mrs. Bowen is incredibly kind, respectful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend renting here to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress free stay, and I would gladly rent again in the future!

My Home for Months!

I rented a room here for several months and can honestly say it was an outstanding experience. A huge part of that was Mrs. B herself. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel like more than just a tenant. Her wonderfully warm, family-oriented nature meant living here never felt like a typical landlord and tenant arrangement. It felt like being welcomed into a family home by someone who genuinely cared, and that warmth never wavered throughout my stay. The location was perfect for day-to-day life, making errands and commuting effortless. The room and shared spaces were kept spotlessly clean and well-maintained for the entire duration. The comfort and amenities made it easy to truly settle in, and the value for money was exceptional. For the quality of the room and the care put into everything, I never once felt I was overpaying. If you are looking for a room with great comfort, a brilliant location, and a host who treats you like family, look no further. 10/10!
