Cozy and quiet

Terra did a really good job making sure the rental was stocked and had everything needed for a traveler. The furniture was cozy and everything worked properly. Kitchen was well stocked and the starter supplies were helpful. Nice big fridge and pantry! The master bedroom had blackout curtains which was very nice for a night shift nurse. Location was close to the freeway and lots of big stores and grocery. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We felt very safe here and had no issues. The neighbors were all kind and our lil dog loved running around the grass and meeting some of the other dogs in the complex. There's a nice lake nearby with a 1.5 mile walk and a little arboretum just south. Plenty of restaurants nearby but you'll probably need a car to get through the main road. Terra is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Payments were easy and lease process was smooth. We really enjoyed our time here and happy that we ended up in a quiet, cozy, and well maintained place!

Great Place

We were very happy and comfortable here. The place was very clean, roomy and lots of storage. The owner was amazing. Parking was easy. We felt safe.

Everything you could need

I was on contract ACROSS THE STREET from the condo complex and walked to work many mornings. Every practical thing that I needed was there. The only item purchased for use was a rolling pin. I would definitely stay again when in the area. She was responsive to maintenence requests and flexible when I needed to extend.
