Basement with one bedroom, bathroom , kitchenette and living area

Clean, quiet, accommodating

2-month stay. The basement is very clean. I have never had an issue with noise--inside nor outside the house. Susan is very accommodating and immediately addressed any issues, even though they were very minor. The temperature is comfortable and controllable. The bathroom is nice. The house is within walking distance of Safeway and good restaurants, and only requires 1 stoplight crossing to get to Target, Sprouts, and more restaurants. I highly recommend Susan and her home.

Colorado Basement

I enjoyed my stay! I had the whole basement to myself and was allowed to park in the garage. It was clean, quiet and spacious! Lone Tree is a great area to live in and explore. Thank you Susan for sharing your home to travel nurses!

Safe and comfortable!

This is a great place to stay! Quiet gated community and parking spot in the garage. You have the whole basement to yourself. Small kitchenette with induction hot plate, ninja air fryer/toaster, microwave and two refrigerators (one full size) . Full private bathroom with shower/tub, living /dining area, and tvs. S is very friendly, accommodating and respectful of your space. Close to1-25 and C-470. Skyridge Hosp is less than 10 minutes. Would definitely rent again!!

Great stay!

I enjoyed my stay! The place was clean and well furnished, and I never had issues feeling like the space was my own. I'm an engineer who works mostly remote and the internet worked well during my entire stay!
