Best place to stay

I loved my stay at this little studio. It was very close to Dell Seton Medical Center where I worked and very close to downtown and tons of spots to eat. It was very clean, quaint and quiet. I will definitely be staying here again if I ever go back to Austin. The landlord is also very accommodating and responsive when I needed her!

Gorgeous Clarksville Studio

I thoroughly enjoyed my 10 month stay at this gorgeous Clarksville property! The apartment is pristine with modern decor and everything one would need for a short or long term stay. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and located just a couple minutes from downtown. The apartment is also a short walk to some amazing restaurants; Clarks Oyster Bar, Josephine House, Swedish Hill Cafe, and Bar Peached. The landlord is extremely kind and easy to work with. I cant recommend this property enough.

All around wonderful place

I stayed here for 2 months and this unit was amazing in every way. C was a great landlord all around. The space was so well organized with the way it's laid out & feels homey with anything you may need. The location also can't be beat, I felt like I was close to everything in Austin I could possibly need/want. Would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Austin!!

Couldn't recommend enough

C is amazing! She's so nice and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. The condo is equipped with everything you need - high quality furniture, appliances, kitchenware, etc. The location is great, as it's in a quiet neighborhood (and building), but is still just a short walk to the heart of downtown. I had an excellent stay all around.

Best landlord- super nice, and responds so promptly. Always problem solving and made my stay so comforting! She's the best! The quality of everything in the apartment was so nice. The location was great- so easy to get onto MoPac, right next to down town, walking distance to some cute restaurants. For a little space, it was all laid out super thought out and she used the space well. Loved it for my Austin stay.
