Great Location, Has Everything You Need, Kind Landlord
I stayed here for 11 months while working at OHSU. Virginia is the best landlord I've ever had-- very kind, clear communication, & always helping you with what you need. The location is great, being so close to Alberta. The mattress was very comfy and the hot water got hot quickly and stayed hot! Street parking was never an issue and such a luxury to have an in unit W&D. I'll miss this place dearly. Has absolutely everything you need, very comfy for a single traveler.
Cozy Apartment that is Central to Everything!
First and foremost Virginia is an amazing landlord, she is kind, friendly and very welcoming. This was our first time traveling and she made sure to always stay in touch and keep communication clear. The apartment is cozy and quiet and has a great heating system, comfortable bed, a kitchen with all your cooking needs, a nice pullout couch, and a fantastic bathroom with a stackable washer and dryer and a shower with instant hot water. The best part of this space is it's proximity to Alberta St. and its many restaurants, bars, and quirky shops. By foot alone your never leave the area. Beyond that most events and breweries, and hospitals are a mere 10-20 minutes away. We felt we did so much because driving around is not really and necessity. It was great to call this place home for 6 months, would definitely stay here again.
