Absolutely Top Tier

Top Tier home, property, location, owner/landlord. Ben White is a very respectable man who is humorous, humble and cares about the happiness and comfort of his tenants. Myself and a few fellow colleagues travel for work we stayed in this wonderful property for about 5 months and had gotten so comfortable that I DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE.

Heaven Sent

We cannot begin to describe how perfect this home away from home was. Our family needed a home close to a downtown hospital where we could stay with our son before, during and after his surgery. This home provided our family with a peaceful place to call home during a very stressful time. We are thankful, grateful and blessed beyond measure to have crossed paths with this wonderful property! Thanks to this landlord, who was an absolute gentleman, we were able to rest easy at The Cardinal. This property and its landlord will forever hold a special place in our hearts. God Bless! *****

Super Summer Stay

This house was the perfect home base for two summer interns working full time in the Charleston area. The house has a great layout, great AC, and an amazing yard and patio area. The West Ashley neighborhood had a good vibe with shopping and bars and restaurants nearby. It was away from the tourists and crowds but a convenient commute to downtown Charleston, Folly Beach, Sullivans Islsnd, Mt. Pleasant, and the airport. The owner was kind, and hospitable and quick to respond to questions and an unexpected leak that he took care of very quickly!

Excellent Accommodations

This property was amazing! The owner was incredible to work with; so nice and easy to reach when needed. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for quiet place in a great area.

The Cardinal

The Cardinal is definitely home away from home. The home was clean and gave our family the elbow room we needed. The outside area with fire pit was WONDERFUL!!! We will be booking again in the summer, definitely. Love that's is close to the outlet and downtown Charleston too. This place is highly recommended!!!

What a place!

This place was fantastic! It was a wonderful place to stay at for the month while I worked at the hospital downtown. It is a short commute to downtown Charleston so the location is great. This is a wonderful place to come back to and relax after a long day at work. It is also close to a running trail which is very nice and makes it easy to get out and explore. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough!
