Entire 2BR Cherry Creek Modern Furnished Luxury Condo, 9th and Colorado Neighborhood, steps from Rose Medical Center

Nice, homey condo on edge of lively area!

Really enjoyed my stay here overall! Austin was a great landlord, addressed any concerns in a timely manner. Bed was comfy & the place is decorated nicely. Cat door in the bedroom door was perfect for my cat! Walls are thick, could almost never hear my roommate. Has most of the necessities. Water pressure is GREAT! Even tho street parking was almost always available, the designated parking spot was nice to have. Little gym allowed for simple workouts. TJ's and restaurants within a few blocks of the building. Overall felt safe in this area as well. Most downsides are r/t the building & mngmt rather than the condo. Sometimes water would be shut off for pipe flushing w/o much prior warning, and would take awhile for water to turn back from brown to clear. They did some reno's in the mngmt office (next to the condo) that included drilling during the day, which made night shifts difficult occasionally. Pool was closed with no estimate of if/when it would open back up.
