Best landlord ever

Rebecca is a great landlord and person. She is very helpful in making sure you have what you need. I was there for a little over 2 year and never once had any issues. The only reason I moved is because my contract was not renewed because the facility was no longer accepting travel workers.

Not nonsmoker friendly

I want to start by saying Rebecca is a very nice woman. I was supposed to stay for three months, but I left after three weeks. The room itself is very cute, and Rebecca was accommodating to some degree. The house is a 2-bedroom home with 1 bathroom that has been renovated to a 4-bedroom home with 1 bathroom. Some of my biggest issues were that the shared spaces were lacking in cleanliness and space. I had very limited space in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Dishes were left everywhere, which made it even harder to find space to cook. The biggest issue of all is that I am a nonsmoker and Rebecca is a smoker. If the weather is bad or cold, Rebecca smokes indoors in the kitchen. The smell of the smoke would go right into my room as well. The cigarette smoke contaminated EVERYTHING. I was given no keys to the house or my room either, which made me feel a little unsafe. It is a cute home, but I could not function there.

PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This home was AMAZING. I felt very safe, welcomed and comfortable. It's an excellent location, a quiet neighborhood, near to all major health facilities and amenities, ideal for healthcare workers. Bus & train transportation within walking distance. I would definitely be returning if I have another contract in this location. R is friendly and will make you feel comfortable right away. The home is quiet, peaceful, light, and welcoming. It's literally a home away from home. Thank you R for accommodating me and making me feel at home
