Quiet & convenient with Awesome host
We enjoyed our 6 week stay here. Jennifer is an awesome host- friendly, responsive and very accommodating! The corner lot is landscaped with a nice deck and gas grill we used several times. The bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to grocery stores and the rail yard. Good find, especially for pet owners!
Simply the best
About us: My wife is a travel nurse, I work remotely, and we travel with our goldendoodle. We were in Santa Fe for 11 months and stayed at 3 different properties. This was by far our favorite. About the property: - central location, you're close to EVERYTHING. Walk to Ikonic coffee (and many other places), bike the Rail Trail, 3 min to Trader Joes and Whole Foods... can't beat it. 7 min to Christus (hospital). A TON of food options within 5 min drive. - fenced in with dog door. excellent for our dog. He loved roaming around. - ample space inside with guest room, nice shower (I'm tall and didn't have to lean over), great artwork, kitchen was so easy to cook in, nice gas top stove/oven, fridge is large, large windows all around (amazing when it snowed). - patio with grill was so much fun for afternoon grilling and eating outside. - Jennifer was a great landlord. Great communication, never overbearing (we've had bad experiences with others), just great.
