Wonderful Experience and A Nice Place

Ari is such a good property owner. He is very responsive, accommodating to your needs, and an awesome person. The couple living down stairs are also very welcoming and great people. I stayed here for about 3 months and I have no complaints. The place is clean, has everything you need (I didn't have to buy anything extra), and is in a great location in Waltham. Parking is easy on the street and I never had any issues. I moved from Florida and Ari was so helpful throughout the whole move-in process. He frequently checks in for feedback on how he can be more helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Peaceful place with a good landlord

I stayed here for two months while looking for a long term place in my transition to Boston for a new job. The landlord (Ari) is great: responsive, accommodating, and gave some good local recommendations. Place is spacious, kitchen is serviceable, quiet neighborhood, and internet worked for both WFH and gaming with no issues. Would recommend.

Great Stay

Stayed here for 3 months, from the start of Sept '23 to the end of Nov '23. Great place - clean, quiet, plenty of sunlight, WiFi is very high-speed, great landlord, lots of storage space, and a tranquil neighborhood.
