Easy going and calming place

The owner is courteous, responsive, and easy going; the process to move-in was simple. The sitting outdoors is enjoyable if you like to step out of the apartment, and the community is quiet for the most part. There is dedicated parking space and garage space which was a bonus wihout the need for street-side parking. I recommend this stay.
