Awesome rental property

Super nice rental. Best priced in Scottsdale. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive, flexible and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Even had all the kitchen utensils+dishes I needed.

Christina made everything so easy! If I had any issues, she always made herself available to help & make it right. The location is perfect and I felt super safe, even the neighbors were so kind to me. Couldnt have asked for an easier and better stay!

Wonderful Experience

Condo was very clean and inviting! My daughter was in Scottsdale for a 9 week clinical rotation and this place was perfect for her. The neighbors were very friendly and she felt safe during her stay. We visited a couple of times and it was nice having the second bedroom and a coffee maker! The condo is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect and close to everything. Christina is awesome! She is friendly and so easy to work with. We really appreciate her letting us extend my daughter's stay an extra week. Thank you Christina!

I had the opportunity to stay here for roughly 7 months. I had a great experience. The place looked exactly like the pictures. Anytime I needed help with something Christina always responded quickly. If I ever came back to the Scottsdale area, I would definitely come back. Location is perfect! I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderfully comfortable home

My family stayed at this property for roughly 6 weeks and we found it to be perfect for our needs. The complex is well maintained with tons of grass, pool, and basketball courts for use. The unit itself has ample storage and has been beautifully updated. We loved our time here and really appreciated hosts' flexibility and responsiveness to questions throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone!

Accommodating

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location is great! Very close to old town and the neighborhood felt safe with welcoming neighbors!

Polynesian Paradise! Furnished 2BR Condo in Old Town Scottsdale

What attracted me to this condo were the extra-wide floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom that spill out to the extra-large covered patio. I LOVE the huge shower. I also love the king size bed. It was so nice to enjoy that and my friends enjoyed the queen size bed. The living room furniture is surprisingly comfortable. Landlord was always easy to get ahold of on the phone although I never really had any issues. The kitchen is white and brand spanking new. It's bright and cheery. In fact, the entire condo is remodeled and the walls are white, bright and cheery. No carpeting. Just new tile flooring which is easy to clean. Next...location, location, location. You can walk to the hospital and all old town activities are a hop, skip and jump away. The 101 is nearby in the opposite direction. It's also a short drive to Tempe and the airport. Did I mention the pool. It's fairly large, extremely inviting and a short walk out the front door. Very clean.

Completely remodeled

This property is completely remodeled and in a great location it is neat as a pin has a covered patio in the back swimming pool on site and in a quiet area of old town Scottsdale with no shortage of things to do. Conveniently, located close to shopping, great restaurants, etc.
