I rented this space from December 2023 through May of 2024. Everything in the space is new. Bed, carpet, kitchen appliances, etc. The basement space provides privacy and plenty of room to spread out. Chris is a great host. He is very accommodating and is the perfect roommate.

Hey there! I'm a Colorado native who just bought a house in the Barnum neighborhood, just outside of downtown. I'm in remote Web Operations full time and part time dog runner around the mile high city. Big dog guy here!. In my spare time, I find myself doing all the Colorado mountain activities plus house projects, training for IRONMAN, scuba diving and travel, and enjoying good food/beer in the city.
