New, Bright, and Spacious near Downtown

I don't think I'll ever be able to fully sum up my time in St. Pete in words alone! Not only is Sandy one of the kindest people I've crossed paths with, but her home is simply gorgeous. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home while I was in St. Pete. It's close to all of the wonderful places downtown and is 20 minutes to the beach, what more could anyone ask for! While I wish I could've stayed much longer, I was incredible fortunate to call St. Pete home for a few months, and even luckier to get to call Sandy a friend! If you're looking for the perfect home away from home, this is it.

Cute, quiet, and close to everything!

This is a newly constructed unit on a quiet street just one block from restaurants, shops, etc and an easy 10 min walk to downtown. Fast internet was perfect for my remote work and Crescent Lake park is right nearby for a jog or pickleball game. The hosts S and S are great and were very helpful and quick to respond. She is also an artist which really shines through in the decor and design. Lots of thoughtful touches add to the comfort, like super soft towels, All-Clad cook wear, plush throw rugs, and even a first aid kit. I have already recommended this place to a friend!

Absolutely Awesome

This place was everything the description says and more. The unit is brand new construction which is not common to find in this neighborhood. It was both thoughtfully and tastefully done and extremely comfortable. The location could not be more perfect. The owners Sandy and Steve were simply awesome. It was a 10 out of 10 and I would not hesitate to stay again and again.
