Great Stay

I stayed with Dana while studying in Miami and she was such a gracious host! It was a relaxing stay and the penthouse was simply beautiful (with even better views). The location also could not have been better, Brickell is such a gem. I highly recommend Dana, she is a great contact to know in this city.

I had a great experience renting from Dana! I didnt see her often, but she was always easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly during my stay. The apartment itself was great clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. Id definitely recommend renting from her!

Short term living experience in brickell.

I lived with Dana for about five months while I needed a short-term place before moving in with a few friends. Let me tell youI had the best experience living with her. First off, the home she built was amazing. I lived in one of the most beautiful apartments in all of Brickell. The room was set up perfectly, I had tons of space, and the view was easily a 12/10. She made the place feel like home from day one. The place is fully furnished. I showed up with a suitcase of clothes and I was set. On top of that, Dana and I built a great relationship and became good friends. She always cared enough to ask how I was doing, stop to chit-chat, and we connected really well. Honestly, I was sad when my lease came to an end. Overall, living at 4406 with Dana was an experience Ill never forget. She was my first friend in Brickell, and Im grateful I had the chance to meet her. Shes not only a great roommate but also a great person who owns a truly beautiful home.

Incredible host & incredible home

Enough can't be said about how amazing this place is! Not only is it prime location, beautifully furnished, and a stunning view, but it also has one of sweetest hosts I've ever met. Dana did everything she could to make me feel at home and make sure my stay was one I'd look back on with a smile. She was incredibly respectful of my privacy, super accommodating, and just a great friend. As far as the unit itself, there was everything I needed and more. She had extra towels, linings, hangers, and a desk to work on that she installed herself! This was honestly the closest I've been to finding a 5-star hotel-like property on this app. I can't think of a single thing that was missing/could be improved. I know if I ever come to Miami, I will always have a home here :) ily Dana
