Exactly as described!
This is a very comfortable cottage! All necessities are met with this unit. You can walk across the street to the hospital/clinic. If you know- you know : the bedding is the perfect weight. Kris, the landlord is very nice! I wish I wouldve gotten to know her sooner!
Loved it!
Cottage is so perfect and comfortable! Very warm and cozy. The carport was nice to have close to the entrance of the place. Kristine was very lovely and great with communication! Wish I could have stayed longer!
Good luck with this one!
She raised the rent $400! This is a renovated garage. It's very clean. You'll have a lovely kitchen and bathroom. As for the bed, it's hard as a rock. The loveseat sags terribly in the center. Be warned this landlord is extremely meticulous about the electric! She won't allow you to turn on the outdoor light so it's difficult to see. The biggest issue though is the heat it's all electric! She got very upset with me when she rec'd her bill. There are 4 wall heaters. When I was there, I kept the temp at 72. When I left, I would turn two heaters off and the other two way down upon return the temp was between 61 and 64. She thought I had the AC on when it was just the fan you will need circulation because it's sealed up so tight. the church bells ring loudly every hour from 9 AM until 7 PM. Parking? Occasionally she'll try to get you to park at the end of the block. I choose not to feel as though I'm walking on eggshells and will never rent from her again! I hope your stay is better.
