We stayed here for about three months and had such a great experience and truly miss this place. The apartment was clean, updated, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a longer stay. The location was very convenient, especially being close to multiple hospitals, and we always felt safe in the area. Utilities included was a huge plus, and the space worked well both for living and working. The landlord was extremely responsive and quick to address any questions or needs. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was super cute, very clean and had everything I needed. It was within walking distance of some cute shops and restaurants as well. As a female travel nurse traveling alone, feeling safe is my top priority, and this neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The host was responsive and made the whole process easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay.

I honestly cant say enough good things about this property and my experience living here. The apartment is beautifully maintained, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. From the moment I moved in, everything was smooth, clean, and stress-free. The location is also fantastic - close to so many cute shops, restaurants, and everything you might want nearby, making day-to-day living super convenient. While the apartment itself is amazing, I also have to mention how well its managed. Jordan ensures everything runs seamlessly. Anytime I needed assistance, he responded quickly and handled things with the utmost professionalism and care. Its clear he takes pride in the property and genuinely wants tenants to feel at home. I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-managed place to live!

Great Location in Rochester

This place was in a great walking area, near shopping and restaurants. We loved walking through the neighborhoods looking at the houses. Jordan was the best host, anything we asked about he took care of. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked with anything we needed. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything to be able to prepare meals for the week. Jordan was diligent about keeping the walk ways clear after snow, and it snowed a LOT! I would definitely recommend Jordans place and would stay there again myself.

Urban Oasis

This apartment is newly renovated, modern and meticulous, and full of every amenity you need for a comfortable stay regardless of length. The landlord thought of everything - the kitchen is stocked with all of the utensils, appliances, and initial supplies and has tons of storage. The bedroom and living room are cozy and comfortable and stylishly decorated. The living room is spacious enough for relaxing and has a sofa that converts to a bed. There is also an office that is perfect for work at home. The landlord has thought of everything and included recommendations to Rochester favorites! He is responsive, thoughtful and considerate and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. Dont pass this property up!

Travel Nurse 4 Month Stay!

This was such a peaceful, clean, modern space. I moved out of another airbnb to stay here because I was having bad experiences & I am so happy I did! The space is private, large & newly renovated. It has a living room with a pull out couch, TV/roku/wifi set up, full service kitchen, office/dining room, full bath, and bedroom with walk in closet - and PLENTY of storage space. I had absolutely everything I needed from cleaning supplies to kitchen utensils, I didn't need to buy a single thing. The space has a lot of functionality. My favorite things were the essential oil diffusers, the coffee table that extends open, the airfryer, the calendar/office desk, the cute clock that is also an alarm, and the numerous closets/storage space/shelves.The owner is very accommodating and thoughtful. You can tell he put a lot of effort into the space. It also comes with a house binder with house rules and LOTS of restaurant recommendations/menus nearby. He was so responsive & kind. 100% RECOMMEND!!
