Basement Studio Apartment With Full Kitchen

Very straightforward rental experience

I had a very positive experience renting from August-November 2025. The space is quiet, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had the items I needed, and a nice counter space/island for preparing meals. The neighborhood is nice to walk around. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of closet and drawer space. Lisa was communicative and everything from start to finish was smooth.

Perfect Stay for Comfort and Quiet

I stayed at Lisa's place for three months while doing an internship at a hospital. After spending long days pretending I knew what I was doing, the best part of my day was coming home to the most comfortable mattress and pillows. The unit was spotless upon arrival, and checking in was smoother than my attempts at adulting. There were no issues with any of the appliances in the unit, and I enjoyed having direct access to a washer and dryer. Being in the basement meant total silenceeven during thunderstorms. Occasionally, Id hear brief moments of Lisa walking upstairs, or I'd catch a whiff of something delicious she was cooking, but it was minimal and almost comfortinglike knowing someones there but never in your space. Lisa was always on top of things, too! She made sure to notify me whenever I received correspondence or packages, which was super helpful. Communication with Lisa was always clear, quick, and to the point. If you're looking for a place that's private, clean, and comes with an outstanding host, I can't recommend Lisa's place enough. Just dont blame me if you never want to leave that mattress.
