The Grey Cottage

My experience. The unit was just that; a safe place to rest my head while working away from home. What attracted me to the unit was the private front patio and the large tub in the bathroom. However, upon moving in I noticed that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned. The fans blinds and furnitures were very dusty and the refrigerator was in need of a wipe down. I also found a used bandaid and Ice cream lid under the bed after a thorough sweep and clumps of hair/conditioner on the walls in the tub. The refrigerator broke while I was there and it took 3 days to get a replacement. I lost 3x$10 packs of trout and other vegetables that I was never compensated for that I did bring up. I was provided 2 coolers and ice in the meantime. Upon moving out my deposit was returned to me a week later after I inquired about it -$100 for a cleaning fee that I never paid at the beginning. Bottom line the unit was never cleaned and I had to clean after moving in.
