Sketchy

I stayed her for 3 months recently, and maybe just my luck but feel like a warning is warranted. The unit is a very cute and well appointed space. I really felt comfortable when inside the unit. Step outside and its a different story. The day I moved in someone lit a dumpster on fire below a telephone pole just outside, 3 days later I had ~$10k worth of stuff stolen from the garage directly below my unit while I slept, I had a noticing my car would be towed where I was told to park, 3 days before I moved out I had my car window shattered. It's clear that criminals, drug addicts and homeless are very familiar with the alley behind this unit and use this space actively at night to basically do whatever they want; people sleeping in their cars, dumpster diving, welding, spray painting bikes, doing drugs, blaring music while obvious drug deals happen. I know my girlfriend especially didn't feel safe. Just an FYI.

Perfect Studio, Perfect Host!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Emily's studio! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the thoughtful use of space. It felt much larger than a typical studio, and the furnishings were stylish and comfortable. Everything I needed was right at my fingertips. Parking is a breeze, with ample space available, which is always a huge plus. The studio itself felt incredibly private, providing a peaceful and relaxing retreat. And Emily? She's an exceptional host! She is incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. The location is also perfect. It's close enough to downtown to easily access all the amazing restaurants, shops, and entertainment, but still tucked away in a quiet, charming area. I loved being able to explore the city and then return to such a comfortable and serene space. I can't recommend Emily's studio highly enough. It's a true gem, five stars all the way!

Excellent stay !

I stayed at E's ADU for a month and absolutely loved my stay, I wish I was in the area longer to extend for a few more weeks. It is located conventionally close to great bars and restaurants. The location makes it easy to get around by foot. The ADU is brand new with a welcoming and cozy decor. E was responsive when I had questions and she made me feel as ease staying. If I'm back in the area, I'd want to stay here again! Thanks for the great experience.
