Furnished Mdrn Rm The VA (Full Traveler House)...

Perfect Quiet Stay

I stayed here for 3 months & have nothing but positive feedback. The house was clean, quiet & had everything I needed. It was also a very convenient location to downtown, a walking trail, work & the grocery store. Jeneve was a great landlord & made sure I had everything I needed & even ensured the property was shoveled & salted during a snowstorm. I loved my stay and would highly recommend staying here!

Travel Nurse

I want to Thank You so much. It was such a pleasure to meet you and stay in your home. Your home was beautiful and very welcoming. My Housemate was an awesome plus. I pray that your continued success is rewarded. I hate that my contract was cut short. Keep up the great work.

Thank you!

I had an extended stay, and it is safe to say it was difficult for me to leave. The house is very clean, well maintained, and in a prime location close to the hospital and downtown Fredericksburg. The street itself was quiet and in walking distance to the river walking trails. Jeneva is fantastic! She is very responsive, professional, and accommodating. I cannot recommend this place enough!

PA student Brief Stay

I only stayed 1 month at this property due to my medical rotation length. Overall, I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the place. The landlord was responsive. The Housing was a 10-minute drive maximum to the hospital. The neighborhood was quiet enough to ensure rest after hard shifts.

Great Stay!!!

I can't over-sell this place. The room was clean and bright. The house is very well done and everything you need to live comfortably is provided. Jeneva is awesome! very accommodating and responsive. Lease, payments, and paperwork all very professional. I extended my stay here more than once! Highly recommend.
