Great House

This was an incredible house. I was here for a year, and I was sad to leave. It is an incredible location, walking distance to downtown and multiple grocery stores, everything in the house works well, it's in a charming neighborhood, and Joel is incredibly attentive as a landlord and keeps things nice and clean. I would absolutely live here again given the chance. It was truly one of the highlights of my year in Asheville.

Great location, great home, great host!

I enjoyed my stay here very much! The house is cozy and had everything I needed for my 3 month stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but is still very walkable to downtown, grocery stores, and some cool local restaurants. The host was attentive, accommodating, and professional in his communication. Highly recommended!

The Tiny House

This house is amazing! Its perfect in so many ways. The natural light that come through the sky roof & the windows is beautiful & relaxing. The neighbors are very friendly & they treat you like you belong there not just a visitor. I loved being able to walk to downtown Asheville, its a beautiful & Safe neighborhood. Most importantly though, the landlord is great. He cares about the property & is very respectful. He is responsive if you ever have any questions about anything. He keeps the house nice & neat. I enjoyed my time there because I never had to worry about anything. Everything you need is there, the landlord has thought of everything & its there already. Im so thankful I was lucky enough to get this house, I sent out a request & had a reply back in minutes, I didnt have to search long. I was refunded my full deposit in a timely manner without having to inquire about it, I am pleased with my experience & looking forward to staying there again in the future. Explore Explore
