Charming Studio!

I loved this studio apartment! Very close to the beach and everything else you could possibly need. The landlord was very kind and respectful. I feel safe and comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a rental. Never had any issues! A very good deal in a perfect location.

Peaceful Studio

My wife stayed at this studio apartment for 3 months - I visited her every weekend and during the week on occasion, and every time I visited I felt she was in a safe and nurturing location. The landlord was warm, kind, and professional, and the area was peaceful and quiet. The views of the ocean and of the city cannot be beat. 5/5 stars.

Amazing Rental

I stayed in this lovely studio apartment for 3 months, and my experience was amazing!!! The space was clean and equipped with everything one might need to feel comfortable and live day-to-day life. The location of the studio apartment was peaceful. The neighborhood was quite, safe, and walkable, and there were many stores within walking distance. The views from the balcony were unbeatable - what a treat to be able to look out on the ocean and at nature. The apartment owner/landlord is a professional, kind, and loving human being - no reasonable person would ever have a negative word against her. Highly recommended booking!!!

BEWARE

I lived here for four months and this landlord would unlock and enter the apartment whenever she pleased. She once walked in on me completely naked with no heads up and refused to acknowledge that she did so. She then immediately left me a notice to vacate the apartment at the end of the month during the holidays as if it was my fault. She is a lonely pervert that is not worth renting from. BEWARE
