I would stay here again!

I loved this house so much! The house is spacious, especially the bedrooms. You could honestly comfortably fit another air mattress in each bedroom for guests, if needed. The bathroom vent is super loud, but it didn't bother me. If you're a very light sleeper, you may hear outside and your roommate next door. I'm a pretty light sleeper but it never bothered me, but my roommate did bc she's an even lighter sleeper than me lol. Use your judgment lol living room is spacious. Kitchen is tiny but it was fine with me. The stove is very nice! W is very nice and friendly! He's very responsive to questions, and tries to clear the snow promptly. He's also quick to come by if there are any repairs needed. I would definitely return!

This property perfectly suited our needs! Plenty of room, very clean and well stocked. It felt like we were 'home'. We spent 5 months here and plan to be back next year. The owner is very responsive, and you can be sure anything you need will be addressed. The location can't be beat - very safe with easy access to so many amenities whether you walk, bike or drive.

Great 26 weeks

Great location. Everything you need. Quick to reply and fix any issues. Only problem was the dishwasher not working and had a plan to fix it within 3 days. Stayed during the winter and the driveway was shoveled quickly.

Perfect place for anyone

I'm a health professional looking for a safe, comfortable place to live near Froedtert and this place was exactly what I needed. Location is super convenient-walkable distance to the hospital and nearby coffee shops. Neighborhood is safe. The place itself is super clean and cozy. Everything is ready for you to live and it feels as if it is my own home. The owner is super kind, responsive, generous, and super reasonable to work with. I would recomend this place to my friends and would defnitely consider this place if I'm back in Milwaukee.
